  1. President Khator,
This is an exciting time to be a part of the University of Houston, where so much has happened since your arrival, because of your arrival. The changes are all history in the making, including this blog, we are all so COUGAR PROUD!

  2. Thank you for loving my University of Houston. I graduated 30 years ago from The university of Houston School of Music. I am a Je high band director.
This fall I attended 4 home football games. I haven’t been to 4 UH football games in 30 years! Needless to say I went to all of them during my five years at UH.
I must tell you that it was a joy! I saw you cut that ribbon opening our new stadium. It’s ours!!!!
Thank you for all you do to bring class and integrity to Houston.
I loved your poem. I will remember it and use it with my students.
    Sincerely, Mary Santarelli
    Class of ’85

  3. No. 3 reminds me of someone I interviewed a few years ago. Smart, courageous, energetic and will not accept failure. “Fire in the belly”.
